AFTER HOUR WATER EMERGENCIES, PLEASE CONTACT OUR PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AT 503-324-5112 (Press 6, and you will be forwarded to our on call personnel)

The Payment Drop Box is available 24 hours a day, and is opened at 8am each business day.

***NOTE*** Payments placed in drop box after 8 a.m., will not be processed until the next business day.

Billing: Water meters are read on a monthly basis, and usage is billed monthly. Payments are due by the due date on the bill. Payments not received by the specified due date are subject to a 10% late charge.

Bulk Water Permits: To obtain Bulk Water from a fire hydrant, you must purchase a permit. Please contact our office for more information.

Backflow Devices: Backflow Devices must be tested annually per the City of Banks Cross Connection Ordinance. Please contact our office for more information.
