The City of Banks hereby issues public notice, pursuant to ORS 223.304, of its intent to update its Water, Parks and Transportation System Development Charges.  The update of charges is not based on a change in methodology, rather, it is based on the application of the updated ENR-CCI Index.

A public hearing to accept comments regarding the proposed update will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Banks City Hall Council Chambers.  If you wish to comment, but cannot attend the public hearing, please address written comments to the following address:

Those wishing to offer written comments are asked to submit their comments on or before Thursday, December 5, 2019 so that they can be included in the City Council packet for the meeting on December 10, 2019.  Any comments received after that date will be reviewed and added the night of the public hearing.
