Parking citations do not require an appearance in court.

Fines will double on parking citations if not paid within 10 days.

Citations will be sent to collections if not paid within 90 days.

• In person (cash, check, money order, credit/debit card)
• By mail (return check or money order inside the envelope issued with citation). Mail to: Banks Municipal Court, 13680 NW Main Street, Banks, OR 97106.
• By phone (credit/debit card)

 

Disputes

To dispute a parking citation, send payment (check or money order) and a letter of explanation to the judge for review. Mail to the Banks Municipal Court, 13680 NW Main Street, Banks, OR 97106. Please sign and date any correspondence.

If the citation is dismissed, payment will be returned with letter of explanation.
