Municipal Court

General Information

The City of Banks Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City government and provides a local forum for the resolution of minor traffic infractions, parking citations, and violations of City ordinances. The majority of the cases heard in the Banks Municipal Court are traffic infractions.

Banks Municipal Court is held every other month in the City of Banks Council Chambers located at 13690 NW Main Street, Banks, Oregon 97106.
