Wednesday Wigglers Storytime

Wednesday Wigglers engages our early and pre-readers with movement, songs, crafts, and stories to encourage development of literacy, social skills and confidence.  Meets on Wednesday's from 10:00 am to 10:45 am.

Thursday Learners Storytime

Thursday Learners is a storytime that emphasizes developing the skills preschool and pre-K learners need to get ready for school. Join us for books, crafts, fun and learning.  Meets on Thursday's from 10:00 am to 10:45 am.

STEM for Elementary

STEM for Elementary meets the first Tuesday of the month at 3 pm. We explore different forms of science and participate in scientific project or experiments  with hands- on activities.

Art Lab for Elementary

Art Lab for Elementary is a chance for elementary age students to get instruction and hands-on experience as we explore different artists and techniques.

Tinker Tuesday

Tinker Tuesday is a chance for elementary age students to dig in and get creative with the materials or project of the day.

Tinker Tuesday is the 4th Tuesday of the month.

Tote Bags!

Tween Makerspace

On select Fridays, we will have a Makerspace opportunity for Tweens and Teens. Scheduled at 3 pm, but will get started after Banks Middle School is dismissed and students have time to walk down to the library.

The Reading Challenge Book Group meets the second Friday of the month.  Each month, we choose a book that fills a specific reading prompt and then discuss what we read.
