Public Hearing Notice - Banks Urban Renewal Plan Substantial Amendment - November 11, 2025 at 6:00 pm

The Banks City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance for the proposed Banks Urban Renewal Plan Substantial Amendment.

The existing maximum indebtedness for the Banks Urban Renewal Plan is $30,000,000.00 (Thirty Million dollars). It is not proposed to be increased. The adoption of the Amendment does not increase property taxes.

The ordinance, if approved, is subject to referendum.
