Please Note: If this is a Nuisance Complaint, or a Code Violation a Ordinance Enforcement Complaint Form MUST be completed and submitted.
Code enforcement in the City of Banks is complaint-driven.
To report a nuisance or code violation—such as tall grass, garbage accumulation, unmaintained property, or similar issues—residents must complete and submit a Code Enforcement Complaint Form.
Important Guidelines:
- All forms must be complete. Incomplete or partial submissions will not be investigated.
- Anonymous complaints will not be accepted.
- Complainants may be required to testify if the issue results in legal action or must go before a judge.
