"If I were Mayor" Student Contest 2025-2026

Mayor Marsha Kirk would like to invite students in the Banks School District, including homeschool students in the Banks School District Service area, to enter the Oregon Mayors Association's 2025-2026 "If I were Mayor..." Student Contest.

• Local prizes will be awarded.
• Local first place winners will be entered into the statewide contest for a chance to win a prize worth $500.00.
• Submissions must be accompanied by a completed entry form, and be received by the City of Banks no later than February 9, 2026.
