It is our mission to provide consistent, efficient and professional leadership and administrative services to the Banks City Council, city staff and the citizens of our community.
General Information
The City of Banks operates under the Council - Manager form of government. The City Council sets policy and the City Manager oversees the day to day operations of the City government.
The City Recorder is responsible for the official records of the City including City Council minutes, ordinances, and resolutions. The City Recorder also serves as the City's Elections Officer, and assists the governing body (Mayor and City Council) in implementing policies and following State mandates.
